Square-Lock Casing Type-A

Casing Tube (KS)

General-purpose, standard stock. This conduit is lightweight, pliable, non-stretch, resists lateral pressure, and has high tensile strength.

Interlock Type-A Conduit

Semi-Interlock (SA)

Optimal protection for optical fiber. Resists lateral pressure, twisting, and pulling. With excellent pliability, this conduit will withstand repeated bending, so that the interconnects will not come apart in normal use. Interlocks are connected more firmly than the Square-Lock tubing (see figure in Technical Specs).

Interlock Type-C Conduit

Interlocked Tube (IS)

Excellent vibration absorption, able to maintain a bent position, non-stretch, and manufactured with a cotton thread to prevent fluid leakage (see figure in Technical Specs).

Interlock Type-B Conduit

Semi-Interlock Tube (SX)

Optimal protection for quartz type optical fibers. Rigid, strong interlocks, non-stretch, large bend radius, and resists lateral pressure and pulling.

Square-Lock Casing Type-A with Double Wire

Casing Double Spring Tube (KSWSP)

Stainless steel wire is inserted into the spiral valley of the Square-Lock Type A (Casing Tube) to create a larger bending radius (see figure in Technical Specs).

Interlock Type-A Conduit with Single Wire

Semi-Interlock Single Spring Tube (SASP)

Stainless steel wire is inserted into the spiral valley of the Interlock Type A Conduit (Semi-Inter Tube) to create a larger bending radius. Excellent pliability and withstands repeated bending (see figure in Technical Specs).

Interlock Type-A Conduit with Double Wire

Semi-Interlock Double Spring Tube (SAWSP)

Stainless steel wire is inserted into the spiral valley of the Interlock Type A Conduit (Semi-Inter Tube) to create a larger bending radius. Excellent pliability and withstands repeated bending (see figure in Technical Specs).

Semi-Interlock Tube

Large Bend Radius Type (SABR)

Optimal protection for optical fiber with a large bend radius. Resists lateral pressure, twisting, and pulling. With excellent pliability, this conduit will withstand repeated bending, so that the interconnects will not come apart in normal use. Interlocks are connected more firmly than the Square-Lock tubing (see figure in Technical Specs).

Laser Fiber Casing Tube

Square Lock Casing Type-A with Hard PVC (KSV)

General-purpose, standard stock item with hard PVC. This conduit is lightweight, pliable, non-stretch, resists lateral pressure, and has high tensile strength.

Mono-Coil Tube

Liner Tube (L)

Spring-like stainless steel coil, with no interlocks. Normally used with PVC sheathing or stainless steel braiding applied to the exterior to prevent stretching. Superior pliability, resists lateral pressure, ultra-thin, and had no limitation on the inner or outer diameter.

Steel-Braided Mono-Coil Tube

Liner Braid Tube (LB)

Optimal protection for optical fiber, and cable. Spring-like stainless steel coil with a stainless steel braid sheathing (see figure in Technical Specs). Superior pliability, non-stretch, and has capability for a very small micro diameter.

Steel-Braided Mono-Coil Tube with PVC

Liner Braid Tube + PVC (LBP)

Optimal protection for optical fiber, and cable. Spring-like stainless steel coil with a stainless steel braid, and PVC sheathing.

Stainless Steel Spring Tube

Stainless Steel Spring Tube (SP)

This is a densely-coiled round wire providing spring-like characteristics. When coiled, holding a few wire rods, it can be used as an ultra-flexible wire guide. This product has a high tensile strength and is suitable as an outer support for endoscopic applications in medical and industrial environments.

Flexible Shaft

Flexible Shaft (FS)

Best used for rotating mechanisms. This product does not uncoil from backlash when a machine is turned off, is pliable, yet efficiently transmits torque through the shaft by adhesively coiling incrementally thicker steel or piano wire rods around a central rod in alternating directions (see figure in Technical Specs).

Hollow Flexible Shaft

Flexible Shaft (HFS)

For rotating mechanisms, this product is pliable, yet efficiently transmits torque through the shaft by adhesively coiling incrementally thicker steel or piano wire rods around a central rod in alternating directions (see figure in Technical Specs). Additionally the shaft does not uncoil from backlash when a machine is turned off.

Screw Tube

Screw Tube (S)

Excellent fluid rectification and heat exchange capabilities, and increased heat exchange by using ultra-conductive material. This pliable tube is manufactured to customer-specified lengths, and can be made with silver-soldered metal fittings.

Corrugated Metal Hose

Seamless Tube (CT)

Air tight, absorbs vibration, has high power capabilities, and can be formed as needed. The high pressure strength can be increased with the use of a stainless steel armored braid. The tubing can be manufactured in specified lengths, and metal fittings can be silver-soldered on request.

Micro-Flexible Annular Hose

Micro-Flexible Tube (MF)

Resists rusting, withstands pressure, able to undertake high and low temperatures.

Gooseneck Tube

Stand Tube (DFM)

Made from a combination of round and triangle rods which allows the tube to be bent easily, and hold a bent position. The working load can be enhanced by inserting a sub-strength material, and the exterior can be enhanced with metal plating, painting, or PVC sheathing.

Micro-Gooseneck Tube

Micro-Stand Tube (MCD)

Small size gooseneck tubing. Made from a combination of round and triangle rods which allows the tube to be bent easily, and hold a bent position. The working load can be enhanced by inserting a sub-strength material, and the exterior can be enhanced with metal plating, painting, or PVC sheathing.

Dual Layer Gooseneck Tube

Double Stand Tube (WCD)

Suitable for environments where there is vibration or stability required. Made from a combination of round and triangle rods which allows the tube to be bent easily, and hold a bent position. The working load can be enhanced by inserting a sub-strength material, and the exterior can be enhanced with metal plating, painting, or PVC sheathing.
